I am the CEO for Tristate Brain and Spine Institute (TBSI) in Alexandria, MN.  Our radiology department experienced the misfortune of both C-Arms malfunctioning just weeks apart from each other.  I was referred to Chris at Rapid X-Ray through a colleague of mine.  Chris was very prompt and thorough with his communication and customer service.  Very quickly he was able to fix both mechanical and computer based issues.  Upon invoicing, he was able to save me over $11,000 in repairs.  TBSI will continue to utilize Chris and Rapid X-Ray in the future.

I highly recommend Rapid X-Ray!

We were super impressed with Rapid X-ray. We bought a new digital X-ray system for our chiropractic office and he beat all the competitors prices. Not only was he great to work with but he worked around the clock to retrofit the digital system with our existing x-ray machine. He found problems with my existing X-ray machine and instead of replacing expensive circuit boards he repaired and rebuilt a circuit board for a fraction of the cost! He is truly an old school electronic technician that can solve difficult problems which is a great savings for any doctor! It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend him to anyone!

Very satisfied with Rapid X-ray on our recent build out and x-ray installation. Chris did a spectacular job, I would refer him to all my colleagues upgrading or retrofitting an old system with digital x-ray. Customer service 5++!

It is my pleasure and honor to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Chris Salberg (Owner of Rapid X-Ray). I have had the good fortune to work professionally with Mr. Salberg in his capacity as Radiology Engineer both at Northwest Medical Center and Again at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Northwest.

As the Vice President of Clinical Services at both Institutions I was responsible for the operations of ancillary departments. Prior to my Administrative position I was the Director of Radiology and had the opportunity to work closely with Chris. I found this gentleman to have a very developed engineering ability with exceptional troubleshooting skills.

Chris was of great help to me in the equipment acquisition, selection, install and maintenance of all new hospital department’s during and after the construction of UPMC Northwestern Hospital.

The service excellence factor that Chris readily displayed was greatly appreciated by all and was eclipsed only by his superior skills and performance as a Radiology Equipment Engineer.

I am honored to have the privilege of recommending Chris Salberg as a Radiology Equipment Engineer. I am certain Mr. Salberg will be as valuable a resource to your organization as he was to the staff, administration and patients of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris Salberg while he was employed as the in house Radiology Equipment Specialist here at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Northwest Campus. As the Director of Radiology for this area, Chris and I worked cooperatively assuring that all equipment needs, service and P.M.’s were addressed as expediently as possible.

Chris completed extensive specialized training pertaining to our imaging equipment with G.E. Healthcare Services and provided proficient services for the various area’s of our Imaging Department.  Chris assumed responsibility for the oversight of and servicing needs for all equipment modalities encompassing MRI, C.T., Interventional Radiography, general radiography and fluoroscopy, portable x-ray and surgical c-arms, bone densitometry and radiation oncology. His specialized training included the maintenance of our G.E. Innova Digital Flat Panel Interventional Radiography Suite, our G.E. C.T. Scanner and our G.E. M.R.I. Scanner.

As director of Imaging Services Department at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, I wholeheartedly recommend Chris Salberg because of his competency, work ethic and accountability. I feel confident that he will fulfill the needs of your organization due to his dedication in continuing and completing his business goals.

I am writing this letter to inform you how much we appreciate your employee Chris Salberg for coming in after hours to fix our cardiac cath lab equipment the on the 20th.

Chris frequently tried to work around our case load but it was nearly impossible to get into the rooms. Chris came in after hours hours when the rooms were available and made the necessary repairs. He then came back in the following morning to inform us on what was wrong and what was repaired. Since Chris has arrived at our site I have received numerous compliments on his follow up after he fixes something, follow through on all repairs and interaction with department personnel. Please share this with your employee.
